For purposes of transparency and accountability of Jalal-Abad Electro OJSC activities, representatives of the company; the overseeing representative of the government of Kyrgyzstan in Jalal-Abad, and the Consumer Rights Protection Centre in Jalal-Abad under Unison PF signed a tripartite memorandum on cooperation in the area of energy supply and consumption.

The document outlined that “The parties agreed to work together to provide efficient and supportive communication between the suppliers and energy consumers. They also recognise the need to develop and implement a system of united actions aimed at supporting and protecting the local population as well as prioritising sustainable, long-term social and economic development in the region.”
