  • Credits for energy saving;
  • Grants from 10 to 35%;
  • Free technical support;

The programme 'KyrSEFF' is designed for owners of individual houses, apartment owners, as well as for private enterprises.

It is aimed at providing support to the Kyrgyz population in the implementation of energy saving measures. As a result of KyrSEFF loans, everyone can insulate their home by installing high-quality, energy-efficient windows; have a highly-efficient heating boiler, solar collectors, a heat pump, replace equipment in buildings, etc. Upon completion of the work, the owner receives an investment grant from 10 to 35% of the spent funds.

In addition to financial support, KyrSEFF clients receive free advice from international and local engineers on energy conservation.

The use of modern energy-saving technologies allows KyrSEFF customers to improve the appearance of their home and create comfortable living conditions, as well as save a significant amount on heating their homes in the winter and in the off-season.

Owners of private enterprises replacing old equipment with new ones increase the productivity and income of the company.

The KyrSEFF programme is a programme of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and grant funds are provided from the Investment Programme for Central Asia (European Union). Such programmes (SEFF) are currently being implemented in more than 20 countries around the world. In Kyrgyzstan, the SEFF programme has been successfully implemented since April 2013.
